5 x "affordable sustainable" houses designed by 3 different architects for the Department of Housing & Works. All houses feature passive solar design, showcasing various alternative technologies including insulated blockwork, reverse brick veneer, polished concrete floors for thermal mass, "Econodek" insulated roof panels, grey water systems, and water-wise landscaping.
