Alterations/Additions, Melville - 2008
HIA Greensmart Renovation of the Year 2009. Addition of a Living area, Study and rainwater system. Design by William Clark. Consists of 4.2m high Rammed Earth walls, insulated panel roof and heavily insulated upper level walls. Recycled materials from demolition used where ever possible. Orientation takes advantage of the Fremantle Doctor and Northern sunlight.
